Falcon, Colorado, just east of Colorado Springs, is a popular community for new homeowners. Its location is ideal for those commuting to Peterson Air Force Base via Highway 24 and is also a non-congested drive to Schriever Air Force Base and the Space Command Center. SCHOOLS
Falcon School District No. 49 students post some of the highest SAT and ACT scores in the region, well above the national average. As one of the smaller districts in the region, Falcon’s student-to-teacher ratio is one of the lowest. The district consists of 2 High Schools, 3 Middle Schools, and 9 Elementary Schools. Two Charter schools are on the way.

SHOPPING & SERVICES
Shoppers have a choice of three major regional shopping malls: The Citadel Mall, Chapel Hills Mall, and The Promenade Shops at Briargate. All three facilities are approximately 15 minutes away. Even closer, the rapidly expanding commercial areas along Powers Boulevard put grocery and convenience shopping less than 5 minutes away. Quick access to Austin Bluffs Parkway and Academy Boulevard opens up a world of shopping opportunities, entertainment and services.
PARKS & RECREATION
The Springs Ranch Golf Course is located only a few miles away to the south. Also minutes away to the south is the Cherokee Ridge Golf Course, which has both a long 9-hole course and an executive 9-hole course. Just to the west of the area is the triple A farm team for the Colorado Rockies baseball club, which plays at Sky Sox Stadium. The stadium is part of the Sand Creek Community Park complex.
LOCATION
Falcon is east of Colorado Springs. From Powers Boulevard turn east on Stetson Hills Boulevard to reach the community of Falcon. To reach Falcon Hills, from I-25 take Woodmen Road exit 149, go east on Woodmen Road, north on Meridian Road, west on Stapleton Road, north on Towner Avenue, west on Londonderry Drive, south on Moorcroft Drive and west on Rockingham Drive.
